Met een ligging tussen de binnenstad van Helmond en Natuurgebied De bundertjes als onderdeel van het grotere Gulden Land is het ideaal gesitueerd. Elk gebouw op Kasteel noord heeft zijn eigen VVE en onze vereniging is een ondervereniging van VVE Kasteel noord. De leden van onze vereniging zijn de eigenaars van de appartementen nummers 67-100. De huisnummers 101-149 zijn huurappartementen.
